We want you to love every purchase from Weoneshop. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Skincare, hair care, and personal care products must be unopened and sealed
- Sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns
How to Start a Return
- Email us at ryanjordan116@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return
- We'll send you a return authorization and the return shipping address
- Pack the items securely with a copy of your order confirmation
- Ship the package using a trackable shipping method
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, and your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
